Our Team
Mindy holds a Florida-215 License for Life, Health, and Annuity insurance and specializes in helping retirees navigate the complexities of Medicare. With a focus on empowering clients to make informed decisions, Mindy provides guidance on all Medicare options, as well as assistance with Long-Term Care and Life Insurance policies.
Outside of work, Mindy and her spouse, Kyle, are proud parents of four children—Jourdon, Dillon, Aaron, and Allison—and delighted grandparents to their first grandchild, Jaxon. In their free time, they cherish family activities and enjoy traveling to explore new destinations together.
Kyle Kay is an Ocala native with over 30 years of experience in banking and financial services. Kyle has worked through four economic cycles and understands how to guide clients toward financial success, no matter what tips and turns the market may take.
Kyle founded Sterling Wealth Management, LLC, with a commitment to helping clients achieve their retirement goals. He understands that financial planning is both a challenging and rewarding career and approaches the responsibility of guiding others through their financial concerns with great care. Kyle prides himself on delivering thoughtful, clear, and realistic guidance. He believes clients should have access to all available options and essential information, empowering them to make informed decisions and work toward successful retirements.
Kyle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® with FINRA Series 65, FINRA Series 7 Securities License along with a FL- 215 Life, Health and Variable Insurance license in Florida, Georgia and Texas. He has an accomplished educational background in business and economics. He received his bachelor’s degree from LaGrange College in Georgia and two post graduate degrees from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking: Southern Methodist University as well as from the Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Management: University of South Carolina.
Away from the office, Kyle enjoys staying active in the community. He is a former Ocala city councilman, with two terms representing the at-large district for the city. He and his wife, Mindy, have four children: Jourdon, Dillon, Aaron and Allison and a Grandchild Jaxon. Kyle and Mindy find joy in their work and personal time and enjoy traveling to other parts of the world.
